We come alongside you to build and execute a sustainable fundraising development culture by providing extensive training and one-on-one coaching in every aspect of fundraising. We don’t practice a one and done approach, and we don’t want you to either. Our training and coaching services provide individual counsel in helping your fundraising team grow in the art and science of fundraising development.
SYSTEMS
Canaan Group & Associates understands the underlying business functions that support relationships. We build communications plans that help you develop a system for data, accountability, and key metrics—helping you track and reward communications efforts. A key aspect of any organization is how it gets its message out to the right folks. While there are many groups who do this well, marketing efforts are not always carefully integrated into the goals and efforts of development.
