Often overlooked and undervalued, an organization’s culture is a critical component toward its prosperity. Jim Sinegal, longtime CEO of Costco said, “…culture is not the most important thing in the world. It’s the only thing”. And at CG&A, we say, “culture eats strategy for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner”.We cannot overemphasize the importance of creating a culture of service, vision, and enthusiasm at all levels of your organization.
